i have 2 angora cats and with a lot of hair... They are reall fluffy, but one of them all the hairs got tangled up and needed to get a haircut... So the groomer shaved the WHOLE cat... So it is almost bald. Now my other cat that is her sister is mean to her and wants to keep fighting. Its like the sister doesnt recognize the bald one... Is there something I can do so they can get along again???

Tried to let them smell eachother but it doesnt work... Because the hairy one gets all mean and starts fighting with the bald one... And i feel bad because the bald one always was under appreciated...

I think it must be a girl thing...
I have 6 cats, only 1 is a female.
She did that to one of the males that was gone over night,
BUT all the other cats were fine with it.
(after sniffing him for a few seconds)

I just kept an eye on her and got onto her when she would approach him hissing...
She got over it in a couple days.

Make sure you watch them closely, and trim their toenails ESPECIALLY the one thats being mean. She could really hurt the shaved one.

How long ago was she shaved?

I think if you give it a few days they will be ok.
Go have the other one shaved too, then maybe she'll get over herself.....JUST KIDDING!!! :)
Let us know how they do!

Let the furry cat sniff the almost bald one and make sure they are both under control. Help them realize that the almost bald cat is the same cat as before by doing this.

IT;s really odd but when cats with siblings go to the vet or another place come home' the other cat is really mean to the one that went on the trips.maybe it;s all the smells that they pick up and the one at home doesn;t know what to think or do..that's when the hissing and fighting begins,,,if your cat sleeps on a pillow or blanket or whatever'have the mad cat smell it so she or he remembers that that's her sissy's bed....let them sniff and kinda skittish,in a few days things should calm down between the cat family.....good luck to you all,,,,,,

leave them supervised in the same bed room together over night for a few days and they will.... i am going through the same thing one of my cats hates all other cats, and the other one has only been around me but i am going on 4 days of them getting along and playing.... they will figure each other out soon
