Personalized gifts are great for weddings. Having the Bride and Groom's names on the gift will help remind them that the special event is about them and not the baby which will certainly get the focus soon enough.

That sounds like a very sad situation, and a VERY BAD reason to get married.
If she does not want to marry the guy she shouldn't have to, and vice versa. "Shotgun wedding" is not something funny-- we're talking about someone's civil rights being violated. Marriage is not something that should be forced on anyone. And it's certainly not going to help the baby in any way.
I'd get her a good attorney, to fight this "wedding" that the parents are forcing on them. She's still a MINOR, for pete's sake. What gift you give them should be the LAST of your worries.
By etiquette, it is inappropriate to gift a friend with cash or a gift card. And in this case any type of money gift would just get lumped in with the rest of their expenses and wasted.
Honestly? The best idea I can come up with is to give some small token gift or maybe just a card at the time of the wedding, but secretly stash away some money in a savings account for her. Then when this all comes crashing down, she can't stand the guy or her family any more, and she's stuck with no place to go when she moves out of her mom's, reveal that you socked away "emergency money" for her and the baby, and help her move and get started out on her own.

The probably want money, to be honest. But me, I don't like just giving money.
A young couple like this won't have the resouces to make their marriage a focus. Make them a gift basket with things such as a gift card for a restaurants, a gift card for the movies, gift card for movie rentals, along with some snacks, etc. that they can use for an (age appropriate) date -night.
(Actually, my brother just got married and the loved getting gift cards even to stores such as Target and Bed Bath and Beyond).
If they don't have one already, a digital camera would make a great gift, they have REALLY come down in price for a basic one. You could even go in with one with someone else.
Or even a very nice photo album or frame would be nice. I once gave a nice frame and placed a check in the frame under the glass as an creative way to give money. You could do the same with a gift card
Good Luck

How about a gift cert. to a spa for a couples massage. Movies tickets. gift cert to a romantic restraunt. They are going to need some alone time either before or after the baby. You don't want to given $ because it will probably go to the baby. You want it to go to them. This is coming from a woman who was once 17 and pregnant. Well that was 6 years ago, and I've been with him for 8 years. He also agrees with me on this answer.

Jewlery!! Jewlery is always a womans best friend and if you dont want to do that, buy her a cool outit that she can wear after she has the baby. If you are not sure there is always the gift card route. Just put $50-100 on a gift card and she will love you for it because she will be able to pick out what she wants with it. If all else fails, ask her what she would like.

My advice......a nice frame that she can either display a wedding or baby picture in, offer to pitch in a pay for something for the wedding, or a gift card/cash that she can use to purchase something for either the baby or something they want (someplace like JCPenney, Sears, or Macys is good since they have variety).

A gift card to a store where she can get wedding related items, or baby related items. Cash is always good, too.

Honestly, when i'm not sure what to get someone....I find out what their favorite store is, and get them a gift card from there or a gift certificate. That's really the best thing to do when unsure :-)

Get her a picture frame or photo album, like one on the clearence racks at Target. I actually just picked up a really nice photo album up there yesterday on a clearence rack for like $7.50 (it is for my wedding pictures). I don't know what you plan on spending but then give her a gift card there for like $50-$100 with a note in the card saying something like "I know you have alot going on and I know you have to get ready for. Please use this for whatever is needed, whether it be for you or the baby." That way you gave her something for the wedding (album) and some money for what they need.
