Just give her time. She'll realize it's fine, after a while.

I would suggest to just be patient and give her time, make her comfortable in the kitchen for now. Start slowly with treats, by putting them just at the edge of the kitchen, then slowly putting them further and further away. Then maybe you could start putting her food just outside of the kitchen (not her water though) so that she has to leave the kitchen to eat. Lot's of soothing voices and good girls when she does walk outside of the kitchen. Also, if you have stuff that has your scent on it, like worn clothing or used blankets, put them around the apartment so that she can smell you and be comforted by your scent.

Just like any pet, dogs just need some time to get to know a new world. But you should let her explore every room she can, and most importantly, let her sniff. Encourage her to go to some new rooms without scaring, or hurting her. Good luck!

-Take some time off work. If you can take a week off to be with your dog in the new environment. Spend lots of time and also do a gradual separation program.
-Take as much of the prvious household furnishings with you as you can to your new residence.
-Exercise, exercise, exercise. A tired dog is usually a happy and well-behaved dog.
