I'm only kidding, I agree with first answer, she might lke you, but that doesn't mean every girl that says hi to you likes you. If you two have a past, then she's being polite,,,go with it, say hi back

Ummm...are you stupid or something?!!!!! If she says hi to ya alot that means she LIKES YOU!!!!!
