i noticed theres some little red lines ( like veins ) all around my cheeks. is it something bad?

i am pretty fair skinned but i've never seen it on anyone i know.

Those are broken capillaries under your skin. You can have them removed with laser. Fair people tend to get them a lot.

i am fair skinned too and i have those red lines just like you. Those are just very normal for fair skinned people like us.. my brother also has like that so no need to worry. our veins are just that visible because of our skin color.. hope this helps you
