First, using over-the-counter medications for purposes other than what they're intended for is NOT legal. Usually, the people that do this are teenagers who do not have the means of getting alcohol. Some use "Mucinex D" for a good speeder, some over-dose on cough syrup (which contains alcohol) and some inhale the fumes from paint thinner or paint itself (known as huffing). I'm sure you can find information on these things by going to Yahoo! search and typing in "huffing" or "over-the-counter medication abuse."
