You poor love - you've had a lot ot cope with and GCSEs are just about the most stressful thing you will ever do without all the added stuff.

Does your school have a pastoral councillor or is there a teacher you trust and like to have a quiet word with them. It might help you to share some of this stress and should their be problems witrh your exams that teacher might be able to make a case for mitigating circumstances to get your grades altered.

But at the end of the day this is also about growing up and it is really, really hard. It is time to put yourself first. Yes it is really sad and it hurts and it is confusing when parents split up but that is hopefully done and things have calmed down now so you can move on yes? Almost getting evicted must have been horrible but it was almost and you weren't and it is in the past so try not to worry about that anymore - you are safe now. So there is just your cousin, you sound like you don't believe her. Are you worried about the trial? You know youcan go and sit in on courts in session - they are public and you can go in. Why not go and sit in on a trial and see how it works - you might feel a little less scared then. You do not have to give evidence if you really don't want to. Talk to your cousin and to the person handling her case to see if you really are vital - explain you don't want ot be selfish but your exams must come first.

And I am sorry ot say this that although break ups at your age hurt like hell they wern't the love of your life I promise you that, your life is just beginning. In a couple of years you'll be contemplating Uni or working and there's a whole other world out there. I'm sorry if that sounds patronising but it is just the way it is - and I know I don't understand from my lofty age of 35 what it feels like to be young and in love but I did it once, and got my heart broken and I'm still here.

So come on, I know you are only 16 and its been a hell of a few months but most of that is behind you now so look forward to a bright future. Your spelling, punctuation and grammar are so much better than most people's on here so you are obviously intelligent, probably very senstive too. So realise that you don't have to cope on your own - that there are people to help you if you talk to them but also that prioritisng your life is part of growing up. Time to prioritise yourself and those exams and maybe go out next time someone asks and let your hair down a bit??

What a horrible year!! I think you need to take some time for yourself! Don't worry about the love of your life, There will be others, your still young. Go see a counselor or find someone you can talk to. Talking about your problems helps alot.

ummmnot quite sure if this is a question here or what you really want to hear...at the end of the day its your own life, and what you do and how you make it is totally and utterly down to you. All the things you have described are all problems of some one else in your family. Look after yourself and realise that yes your stand by them and u love them but make your life your own and not living through your family.

I totally understand all the Stress u r goin thru but on a serious note, u need to get ready for your GCSE's. they are very important to u. even though it may seem almost impossible to concentrate with all the drama in ur life! try to clear your head and think of the most important aspect of ur life rite now.

you seem overwhelmed.

sometimes we need someone to talk with for guidance, direction and to learn how to cope when things go wrong.

have you considered consulting a therapist? or even your school guidance counselor (if you have one).

i hope things improve... take the steps to help YOU.... do what you think is best for YOU... *gentle hugs*

Keep your chin up, you are learning early how to handle stress and how to persevere...imagine how much better life can be, and you'll get there.

Good luck :)
