Try the South Beach diet. The first two weeks (phase 1) is the most restricted part of the diet. You can't eat fruit, but lots of veggies and lots of chicken (white meat only). The first week is rough because you feel hungry all the time (you body goes through a detox period). By the second week you have to remind yourself to eat because you aren’t hungry. If you don’t feel hungry munch on small snacks to keep your metabolism up.
I lost 13 lbs. in the first two weeks. If you can pull it off for longer they say you can do phase 1 for up to a month before switching to phase 2. With lots of exercise you may be able to pull it off. Good Luck!

It's absolutely possible to lose weight without exercise or pills. You will have to maintain a healthy diet with a balance of protein, carbs, and fats. It's healthy to lose 1-2 lbs per week, any more than that can be detrimental.
I don't know any statistics on you insofar as your current weight, body fat, height, gender, etc. so that limits my insight.
I'd recommend taking a log of all foods you eat (without modifying anything) for 10 days. Once you've done that, start modifying slowly - drink more water, cut out sodas, excess fats, etc.
As much as you hate working out, you may want to consider hiring a personal trainer to hold you accountable. They may also be able to help you with your nutrition.
Good Luck!

You can loose that much weight pretty quickly, if you manage really only to eat fruit and veggies - and stay away from all those fruits and veggies with high fat/carbohydrate contents, like avocados, potatoes, pulses, dried fruits of any kind (raisins are loaded with energy).
However, I really would not recommend that approach. Veggies and fruits are much healthier than most pills and 'special' foods. But loosing too much weight too quickly, almost always is bad for your health, and once you've stopped your diet, you are bound to gain 20 or more pounds by June.

some ppl might tell you know but i lost about 35 lbs in less than two months last summer, depending on you personally it might be unhealthy but this is what i did. instead of drinking pop i drank diet pop becuase there is no cals and for me that cut out about 1500-2000 cals a day for me because i drink alotta pop, you could also drink water instead because it is no cal and good for you (i didnt becuase it makes me nausious(sp?)) i also ate a lot of salads with low cal dressings, only ate when i was hungry, nvr over ate, ate after i was full, or when i was bored. i also exercised almost everyday. i didnt do cardio just sit-ups, crunches, push-ups and things like that which dont burn huge amount of cals so you dont rlly need to which you are asking about. if you want to figure out a good amount of cals to eat, multipy your weight by 12 to find the amount of cals to lose weight, or by fifteen to find the amount of cals to maintain. and as long as you dont go back to eatting as much as you were you wont gain weight back. good luck and i hope this is what you were looking for

without exercise? Any change in diet is probably not going to result in 20 lbs in roughly 35 days. The healthy limit for weight loss is 2 lbs per week.

Fruits and veggies are not healthy alone, you need to give up all junk food, all sweets, bread, all fatty meats and youll be good. You might want to try a shake from herbalife to keep you full and it helps you not think about food.
