if i eat nowt but apple and pears for breakfast and snacks and at night- a salad of 1 tin of tuna with lettuce, sweet corn, tomatoes, beetroot, cumcumber, carrots and avocado and a few pieces of dark chocolate for desert.... i plan to eat the same everyday how long will it be before i see results in terms of weight loss... ok ok i no your not psychics but as you can see i have a sweet tooth and a lot of the vegatables are quite sugary and im gonna be eating dinner at around 8 :00 and go to bed by 11:00/12:00, will this effect my weight loss u think? I might have a sugary hot choclate for breakfat sometime or one of those muller crunch corners yoghurts for dessert and i plan to do this for 2 months and hopefully lose 20lbs....do i need to be more stricter with myself (in terms of the salad il probably switch the vegs around...zucchini, cauliflower, cabbage, sprouts, purslane, spinach, parsley ) or i might have smoked salmon with boiled veg (carrots, broccoli, green beans, corn) instead

Eating fruits and veggies is a good thing, make sure you are drinking water as well. Fish is excellent and a great choice. But an exercise plan is key in weight loss.

Do cardio to burn calories, such as: dancing, jogging, cycling...etc.

I could never get into yoga or pilates but I hear those do wonders as well, I just like a more fast paced workout.

Good luck!

Well you lose inches before pounds usually, and sleep is a huge asset to losing weight. If you are going to bed at 11-12 make sure you are getting at least 6 hours of sleep MINIMUM!! Two months for 20 pounds can be done... do you have an excercise plan to go with the food?

If your schedule allows..move you dinner down to about 6 p.m. or so...the maybe your chocolate around 7 p.m. You did not mention anything about exercise..if you don't increase your physical activity...you might be dieting in vain. Then maybe nothing but water after 7 p.m. This way your body still has time to work off the "energy" from the food you have eaten.
Good Luck!!

You are already within the perfect weight range. I guess you're a teenager, and still growing. Don't diet. You need a proper balanced range of foods, not just the stuff you're eating. You need protein- meat, fish, eggs, cheese. Calcium is very important- milk, yoghurt, cheese. Also carbohydrates- bread, pasta, rice, potatoes

If you want to lose weight then I would suggest Weight Watchers. They teach you to eat the correct things. If you try to eat the same thing everyday then you'll get sick of it and end up spurging.

I also suggest exercising everyday...mixing up cardio and muscular strength.

If you are hungry late at night then eat some veggies...they are 0 calories. Also, if you drink soda, make sure it's diet.

I'm trying to lose 20 lbs too...Weight Watchers...everytime I follow the program I lose.

Good Luck!!
