help me get rid off my fat **** and fat legs??

You can't spot train, only loose weight all over your body. Do running, eat healthy and work out your whole body and you'll get slimmer. If you want to tone up your backside and legs I would suggest doing some squats, jumps, step up and lounges as well.

Before I got pregnant I ran almost everyday. Not even that long only for about 30 minutes. Running won't get rid of fat if you eat too many calories or too many fatty foods. You have to eat (semi) healthy too. If you don't already eat smaller portions then try that on top of running and you should start toning your body in no time :)

only if you watch your calorie intake too. you got to burn off the excess fat. it's no good eating a bad diet and then thinking running will slim you down on it's own.

It will tone them and make them more muscular.
Liposuction might be an alternative if its that bad.
