My PC seems to have been damaged...for some reason, in start up I get the option menu (safe mode, start windows normaly etc.) but no matter what I choose it goes back to the same menu without starting windows...what could be the problem? I havent changed anything, and still have the proper configuration on HDD's. Any tips would be very appreciated, thanks.

IT sounds like your boot sector has become corrupted.
First, go into the BIOS and set the CD drive as a boot BEFORE the HD.
Insert the CD and restart the system. It should boot from the CD.
SECOND, choose the "command prompt" boot, then try "fdisk /mbr" without the quotes. This will reset the Master Boot Record, (sector0); and then try booting from the HD.
IF that doesn't work, then you will need to boot from the CD and "repair" the system.
NOTE: Most "preloaded" systems have a recovery console that will permit you to do the same thing without the CD, but be sure that you ONLY repair, NOT reinstall. If you reinstall, you will lose all your settings, add-ons, etc.

If all else fails, you can try getting in with a different OS, like a version of linux, and make a CD or DVD backup of all your information and then reforemat and do a new install, then reload everything, (assuming you only have a C: partiton and no backkup files).
Myself, I ALWAYS have MORE than 1 partition, with ONLY the OS on "C:" and backups stored elsewhere, externally or on another partition. That way AFTER a format and reinstall on "C:", I can just restore from backup.

The last possibility is that your HD has "died", in which case I hope you have external backups, and I offer my condolences.

It might be a software issue, did you insatll or download any program recently that may have causesd the issue, try to get into safe mode and uninsatll the latest program or other software that was installed then reboot and see what happens.
