you should see a doctor.
this defenitly is sign of bad circulation and blood clots in the leg cause this too. its only natural to get them once in a while after sitting in an awkward position where the blood circulation is cut hence the feeling of needles is blood rushing to the area cut off.
If u get these all the time this suggests something may be the matter albeit bad circulation or blood clotting. You should see a doctor as serious things can cause this and its better sooner rather than later. x

It because if you stay still in one position or maybe sit on your legs the circulation of your blood is slower which makes it tickle through your veins which causes pins and needles. Just Keep Moving lol .x

When you get pins and needles is usually when you sit in your led and the blood can't flow. You may have a blood clot in your legs or you are sitting on your legs. Get checked out IMMEDIATLY!

You should get to your doctor quick. This could be due to a whole lot of reasons. From bad circulation , pinched nerve in the back, any other back problem, vitamin deficiency, diabetics. You should be screened for the right diagnoses. depending on what your age is, a whole lot of other reasons can be added on. best of luck.

It could be you are sitting badly or it could be you have bad circulation. Also are you drinking enough water or too much (thirsty all the time). You might lack enough salt in your diet. Or the worst case scenario that you could be developing Diabetes.
The best thing is to get it checked out with your GP.

It sounds like you have a type of Sciatica. There's some undue pressure on a nerve arising from your lower back, You could have a protruding inter vertebral disc. One way to find out is to go to your GP and talk about being referred for an MRI.

This comes from poor circulation.........
which can be a pinched nerve to clogged arteries.
You really need a medical check up with testing for this.
Don't waist time as it could have serious results.
Depending on your age.........I went to my natural health practicioner and had Chelation Theropy......it help with
clearing arteries and many other ailments.
Good Luck
