I always said I want to study I want to study, yeah, i really get motivated and plan the schedule, but just for 1 day. Then I am not motivated again. It seems that I am motivated and do things just for a while, so how can i get motivated very long or very very very very long in order to achieve my plan in studying or doing anything else?

Try making various plans that take different amounts of time.
Like what you want to accomplish in the next day, next week, next month, etc. Find a buddy who has similar goals (or at least a similar time frame). Then you can email or IM each other. I was in a writing group and we had to send our goals to our writing buddy and then make sure our buddy stayed on track (and that person did the same back). It was helpful.
Set up a small reward system for yourself. I used to use a favorite movie to make myself work out--I could only watch it if I was working out in front of the TV at the same time. Whatever works for YOU.

It helps me to think of the outcome of what you are doing, that makes you want to do it so you can get your outcome.
Like if I needed to get motivated to study think that the sooner you get it done you don't have to worry about it. Talk to friends who are encouraging perhaps or look at people who have already done it and try to follow they're footsteps.
