2 tbs mustard
2 tbs vinegar
2 tbs soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
Whisk all together, pour over steaks. Marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. I did this the other day and the steaks were awesome.

Use Mrs. Dash's Steak Seasoning, Garlic Salt by Lawry's, A1 Steak Sauce and a little Italian dressing add a dash of Hot Sauce and mustard for a little spice. Poke the meat with a fork all over so the juices can flow within ;) Place all ingredients in a freezer bag and fridge until u ready to heat'em up;)

A great marinade for steak is one can of beer, 1/2 bottle of worstershire sauce. Combine the sauce in a ziploc bag. Add steak and let marinate several hours or overnight. The longer the better. The beer is a natural tenderizer for the steak. The steak will melt in your mouth. I place the steak on the grill on med high, grill to the doneness you prefer.

McCormick's makes "Grill Mates" - a seasoning blend for marinade. The very best one is the montreal steak seasoning. It's AWESOME. I used to ALWAYS use A1 or 57 sauce with my steak and now I never do because I discovered this stuff!

It's so easy too - You just mix 2T water, 2T red wine vinegar or white vinegar, 1/4 veg. oil, 1.5-2.0 lbs of steak, and the seasoning blend. Marinate for 30 minutes and grill or broil!

SO GOOD!

I think the part that really brings out the flavor is the red wine vinegar... it's absolutely delicious!

I find a marinate of this stuff called Adobe, tabasco, little worcestershire sauce, salt, pep and squeeze of lemon. Then, stab the steak with a fork about a thousand times so that the marinate can get into the meat. You can do this right before you cook it, but it works better if you marinate for a day or two. Good luck.

This one is especially good with flank steak:

1/4C Olive oil
1/4C Vinegar (any type will do--I prefer wine or rice wine)
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
One medium onion, slice thinly
2 cloves of garlic, smashed
2 bay leaves

Combine the above in a zip-lock type bag and shake. For flank steak, lightly score on both side in a cris-cross pattern. Place in refrigerator for minimum of two hours, overnight is better. Discard marinade and grill/broil steak to desired doneness. Slice thinly against the grain and serve.

Put steak in 1 gallon zip lock bag and pour 1 bottle Italian dressing in and shake around to coat all and then place in bowl or on a plate in fridge over night. Then remove bag before cooking. Then you can cook.

first, season your steak with anything you would like, EXCEPT FOR SALT--salt will draw the moisture out of steak and make it tough...i have ALWAYS used Kraft Zesty Italian dressing and Worcestershire sauce (a whole 12 oz bottle of italian and about 1/2 the bottle of worcestershire) and a little bit of A-1 approx 1/4 cup. put in a sealed container and shake like crazy...i have done this for years and my guests ALWAYS want to know how i cook my steak!!!!! i promise it will not fail you...

If you want Italian flavor, marinate in Italian Dressing,
you can also pick up marinating sauce by Heinz, in the grocery store in the condiment aisle

It is called Heinz Marinades
