Put it in a crock pot an season it as desired, add potatoes and or other veggies and cook slowly all day and it will fall off the bone when you try to pick it up! For an easy recipe, I take pieces of chicken, season, put in crock pot, cover with onions and what ever other veggies, add a packet of dry soup mix usually garlic chicken flavor Lipton's I think it is, add 1/2 - 1 cup water and let it go.....by the time you get home that night you can add min rice to the mix and theres dinner....very easy and tasty!

If you take a whole chicken and put it in the crock pot in the morning maybe stuff a whole onion in the cavity and season it with your favorite seasonings. You will get fall off the bone chicken perfect for tacos or just as is.

you can put it in a crockpot for 6-8 hours (on low) with a can of cream of mushroom soup and a small bit of water. that should do the trick. delicious!
