I am pregnant and have been craving salty and sour stuff. My favorite (might sound gross) is the juice of one lemon mixed with salt add a little water and drink over ice. So I mean really sour and really salty.

My first thought was, "Oooh, a great Margarita," until I read the rest of your question. Pregnant? Not such a good idea, however a virgin one might do the trick.
