I think you already sound like you know what you want. I think its awesome you are ready to make the committment to the next level too.
I feel like if you guys both dated each other a couple times a week, and this has been going on for a few months, it is ready to be taken to the next level. Basically its all in how you both feel about each other. There is no set time limit to this.
I would sit down and tell her how you feel about her. Just say something to the effect, I really like you, I feel we have a lot in common, your awesome to be around, and just say that you really would like her to just be more than a date for the weekend.
Then ask her how she would feel about dating you seriously, if she would be comfortable with that. She might already assume you guys are boyfriend and girlfriend. Sometimes people don't do the whole label thing. I would say its a smart thing to ask so that you are both are on the same page and you know where each other stands.
Nothing but good can come out of this! Good luck!

Well first of all it all depends on your age, and also huch much of a leap you are going to take if its a big one make sure that you are financially stable and you dont have to depend on anyone. But if your still young then ask the person out talk to them and let them know how you feel and what you are thinking, talking is always good hey I am 22, yrs old and have been with my guy since highscool already five years and I am still waiting for a porposal, he tells me that he wants to marry me but I don't know, but good luck anyways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you're comfortable with that person and you no longer want to think about seeing other people.
