It's pretty creepy, actually. Usually the only guys who smile at me and check me out look to be 30 and older. What the heck?

Wow! We're the same age and have the same problem! The other day an older woman even mistook me as a fifteen year old.
I don't understand why older guys do this either. Do they really think we'll say "yes" when they ask to dance with us at the club when they're old enough to be our fathers? I seriously had a mid-forties looking guy and a mid-sixites looking guy ask me to dance in the same night at a club once. I was totally disgusted! Especially when the mid-forties one said in a horrible raspy voice "I got laryngitis, but do you wanna dance?". I said "no thanks" but he kept bugging me so my friend put her arm around me and said "this is my girlfriend! She's not dancing with anyone but ME tonight!" and kissed me on the cheek (we're not really like that)! But did that stop him? Noooo! He actually had the audacity to say "oh, that's fine with me! We can all dance together!". After a while we finally had to go get a bouncer because he actually went to my friend's mother (yes, her mother was at a club with us. She's cool like that though) and asked her why we wouldn't dance with him! She told him to leave her alone several times but the bouncers tossed him out, thank goodness! That kind of thing is gross and disgusting and older men really should know better.
EDIT: And for the men who say they just want companionship and someone to talk to, find some one your OWN age, not someone who could be your daughter/granddaughter.

Whats the problem ? That does not make you a Pervert. any true red blooded Heterosexual Male that see,s a nice looking female is going to look. If he says he does not. He,s a liar. If your 15 and the girl is 15 there is no problem. When your older your still gonna look. Just don,t act on it. The older you get, The wider you age span for looking at women becomes. That is a fact. Women do the same thing. You had better believe that one. They just have different motives. Older women love younger guys. oh yes they do. Have you seen Hugh Hefner's latest girlfriend ? She,s 24 and he,s 84. 60 years apart. Why ? because of who he is. Her reason ? A Gold Digger.and if he lives long enough. He,ll have another Fiance. Just as long as both party,s know the truth and are of Legal age. It,s mans true nature to be pleased by a good looking woman crossing the path of his eyes to gaze upon.

Because men are pervs! They can't a handle a real mature woman, and they think that some 18 year old girl will do whatever they tell her to do. When I'm on dating sites looking at profiles. I often look at guys that are 10-15 years older than me (but only because I have kids and want someone mature who can handle that, and I don't consider myself a typical 25 year old). And when i read profiles of guys in their 30s who say "looking for a woman 18- (whatever) years old" that's like instant turn-off! LOL

It sounds creepy to me too. I would say that your gut feeling about these guys is probably right. If you were attracting older guys that you knew through work or something like that, I wouldn't think it was creepy, but since this is just smiles and looks from strangers...you are probably attracting weirdos who like them young. Ick. If you get creeped out, just give them a nice cold look.

Well honey I am 36 and I can tell you.We look because we remember being your age and it was fun.Also if we can manage to get a younger one.We dont feel so much older.
Me myself I like older women always have.They are more experienced and there is hardly no training invovled.Older women know what pleases a man.Younger ones have to be taught.
Another reason is some older guys like the challenge a younger girl gives them.It is like breaking a horse.It takes time and patience but the end result can payoff.

my situation is the same way. i am 23 look like i am between 12-16 (people say). but i always attract older men. i think it is probably the way you carry yourself. because if you carry yourself maturely and like you know what you want out of life and you are secure with you, men get turned on by that. i feel flattered sometimes and sometimes it seems creepy.
see i am personally attracted to older men. my fiancee is 35. we been together since i was 19.
i say take them as compliments but once you start to feel like it is creeping you out too much, you must draw the line and state how you feel.

i have the same problem as well, i have a baby face even though im 21. i think some older men like the idea of little girl, doll types. i think its really creepy. they probably know your not underage but i think its like a fetish for cute girls.some guys get off on the idea that you could be underage and its like forbidden fruit. its like the schoolgirl/virgin fetish. i kow its soooo creepy but theres nothing you can do about it. but men check girls out regardless of their age, i think as me get older they care less about rejection or about being blatant about checking girls out so its more obvious when older men check you out.

cuz older guys are creepy and don't know how to respect a young lady enough to keep to themselves...
my friend has the same thing happen to her- always and i mean always the elder guys asking her out and what not. :P
