Try re-registering your .OCX file by doing the following:

1. Start > Run > cmd (Should open up a dos window)

2. Now you need to know the path to the program that's affected. For example, to get to a program called ESRI, type this - cd C:\Program Files\Common Files\ESRI
Typically, your program will reside in C:\Program Files but may or may not be listed by program name (it may be listed by company name). Right-Clicking the shortcut on your desktop should provide you with the executable's path.

3. Type the following to register the file again -
regsvr32 MSWINSCK.OCX

4. Attempt to run the program.

You should do a reformat. Screenshot your add/remove program list so you remember everything you have, then store your important files in rar or zip archives either on disks or online. After you reformat, install SpybotS&D with Teatimer, and rebuild your system. Teatimer will keep backups of your registry.

Re-install your operating system.

Software doesn't have an "s" on the end.
