You'll likely have to take him to court.

My agency did business with a broker like that about 5 years ago. Had three years of transactions with no problems . . . then the problems started cropping up. He ended up filing for bankruptcy, and we ended up eating it.

Go to the source. You have all the paperwork, so you know which companies wrote which policies. If you go to the company, they may be able (and willing) to put some pressure on the broker to pay the commissions. At a minimum, you should get agent of record letters on all of the business and try to take it direct with the company(ies). If you have enough business, they will appoint you. If not, you can move them all to another broker/company.

Another option is to contact the broker's E&O carrier and put them on notice of a pending lawsuit (bluff for a while if you need to). A nasty note his/her E&O carrier and (hopefully) a good contract between you and the broker should do the trick.

a form of human beings became those days closed down. They take a lowish top rate and falsify the utility to the honestly insurance corporation. You get a cover observe, however the insurers think of you're 25 with a sparkling checklist. it is all hunky-dory until you could make a declare, and at 17 you very probable will. then you certainly are properly crammed, and the middleman who took the money won't be in a position to be got here upon. At 17 your maximum secure wager is to bypass to a severe highway broking provider and talk your strategies by using, ideally until now you dedicate to finding out to purchase any vehicle. An Astra or golfing heavily isn't low priced to insure, that's beneficial to to think of of alternative vehicles
