The answer that Dr Dave P. gave is the LD50 - meaning the lethal dose 50%, the lethal dose for 50% of the test animal population. 610mg/kg body weight is enormous. Using this as a reference, it would take 50 grams of trazodone to give a 50-50 chance of killing a 180lb adult. That would be 333 x 150mg tablets. The human stomach would revolt and vomit long before a lethal dose could be absorbed.

I think that may vary from person to person due to each persons body chemistry, however it is unknown as of yet because there is no stats that indicate anyone has over dosed on trazadone.
