First get some counseling and give the heterosexual lifestyle a chance. Don't even think of laying this bad news on your poor parents until you are absolutely sure that you can't possibly, short of brain surgery, ever have a life with your own family, children and a home.
Ever get tired of the masturbating lifestyle that is what it means to be a lesbian? You're young now. When you have had your 45th relationship with someone of your own sex and it's been playing Girl Scouts with sex play or let's pretend we're different genders for a couple of years, your'e going to be out of step with the world. It will have moved on, continued without you. All you will have to drag behind you is this awful decision you made out of fear and loneliness.
A lot of lesbians have been molested when they were young. Get help with that if necessary but before you give your parents the gift of a lifetime of lesbo girlfriends that you bring around, you pretending to be a guy, then she's the guy, then you're the guy, then she's the butch one... give yourself another chance for happiness.
Even waiting a few years and dating men might do the trick. Long term, your happiness is at stake.

If you want to be treated like a 20 year old adult, act like one. Ask your parents to have a good old heart to heart one night, heat up a kettle of water for hot tea, no interruptions (phone, tv, other people) and tell them you would like to have a talk. Tell them that you want to be open with them about your sexuality and that you know they love you and will accept you as you are. Good luck and God Bless.
