The vast majority of modern pagans are very GLBT-friendly; in fact, there's a pretty high percentage of the pagan population (compared to the population at large) that's not straight and/or cisgendered.

You do get exceptions, of course. Some pagans are still transphobic because they can't wrap their head around the idea that genetics doesn't always equal gender identity. And there are a few rare cases of homophobia, including Wiccan author Mark Ventimiglia, who was ousted from the Seax-Wica tradition for homophobic remarks (1); if you look up his book "The Wiccan Rede" on Amazon and read the reviews a few people have also pointed out his homophobic interpretation of the Rede.

For the most par,t though, pagans tend to be pretty "live and let live" about the whole thing.

Depends on the person and the religion, really. There's some groups that are exclusively homosexual, and some groups that are exclusively heterosexual. You even see this in Wicca, where you've got the Radical Faeries on one side, which is pretty much entirely gay (or bi?) men, whereas on the other side, there's folks who insist that Wicca centers on heterosexual pairings.

::shrugs:: There's a wide variety of views held by Pagans, and it pretty much mirrors the views held by society in general - some folks have issues with it, some don't. Personally, I don't see any problem with it - as long as nobody's getting hurt, I don't really care what people do, so long as it make them happy.

Wicca has a history of not only accepting LGBT people and both recognizing and celebrating their commitment to each other as spouses, but also contains several denominations that are dedicated to LGBT members. So far as we are concerned, all acts of love and pleasure, with harm to none, are sacred and deserving of respect.

"Let My worship be in the heart that rejoices, for behold, all acts of love and pleasure are My rituals." -- from The Charge of the Goddess

The Pagans that I know possess intelligence and common sense. That would make them tolerant and accepting of all people and their individual sexual orientation.

We're usually [some are not] fine with it, as sexuality is an expression of spirituality, and love is love.

Hell, some of us decide to do away with gay/straight/bi, if you know what I mean.
