Inherently, no it doesn't. While God would have had it in mind there were religions that preceded it, although doubtfully monotheistic. Being first has nothing to do with being right but in terms of "copycat" religions (e.g. Christianity based on Judaism, Islam is too, etc.) it is suspicious that the others sound more false. This does nothing though to proving the validity of the original.

Not at all.

What makes you think that just because something is old, it must be more true than something new? Isn't it more logical to expect that humankind has been continually modifying its ideas in the light of thousands of years of experience, and so the most recent ideas are more likely to be true than the older ones?

Then again, I think all religions are nutty. But Judaism is no more or less nutty or wise or sinister or fascinating than any other, IMO. Its seniority among the monotheistic religions does nothing for me, although insofar as Judaism is criminally insane and dangerous, then the religions it has spawned (Christianity and Islam) must be carrying some of the same memes, and are therefore equally likely to be criminally insane and dangerous in very much the same ways - that whole 'belief in one all-powerful god' thing, for example.

Well, you asked.

Judaism is the oldest monotheistic religion - Christianity and Islam are branches / in affect first cousins of Judaism, which is why they are so similar.
So maybe out of the 3 it is the truest.

Your assumption that Judaism is the oldest monotheist religion is incorrect--Zoroastrianism preceded Judaism as a monotheist religion---but just because Zorastrianism was prior to Judaism doesn't mean a thing.

Yes and the dead sea scrolls confirmed the accuracy in the scribes writing copies of their Holy Book which is inspired by God. Christianity just tells Judaism that they failed to recognize Jesus Christ as the Messiah. From Genesis to Revelation the Holy Bible is all about Jesus Christ. The Messiah is coming again but not in the same way as He came before. He is coming this next time as King of Kings and Lord of Lords reigning and ruling this earth.

Judaism isn't the oldest monotheistic religion - Zoroastrianism is.

The oldest we know about. Religion is varied mainly due to the spread of it's teaching via war and conquering of other tribes and sects of people. Even Judaism has different sects, and the Christian religion has to many to count. Islam also has varied sects. Whose to say, as we acquire our faith through teachings of others, generally where we grew up and lived. Only by searching for your inter self and studying the various religions will you find your true and right one; you may even find that there is no right one for you.

Technically, Christianity is a sect of Judaism. In fact, the book of Romans makes it clear that if you believe in Christ, you become a Jew, though in a spiritual sense rather than heritage. Believers in Christ are grafted into the tree of Israel, which makes them a Jew in God's eyes.

OK, my thoughts on this: It sounds good, but no. You see all of the old religions were wrong, that is why Christ had to come. He is the only way we can ever find the right one. I know this is True because it's what I've wanted to understand my whole adult life! This was my original question to God. The answer started what ever this is that is happening in my life, in my service to Him.
