Is eating one special K protein meal bar a day fattening? I know it's a diet bar, but it's 190 more calories added to the total income.

If you eat it as a meal replacement, then it probably won't be fattening.

It all depends on how much you are eating and how much you are exercising.

If you are not exercising, it can make a huge difference.

If you are exercising at a moderate to difficult level for 30 minutes and taking in 1200-1500 calories a day, it won't make a huge difference.

hun do you have a eating problem?
you need 1200 calories min to live..if you go below that your body will store fat because its starving and you will gain weight

so what have we learned here??
never go below 1200 calories...doesnt matter what you eat.
if you burn more calories then you consume you will lose weight. if you eat the same amount of calories that you burn then you will maintain.. if you eat more calories then you burn you will gain.

190 calories for 1 bar is decent.

particular ok is a gently toasted breakfast cereal synthetic via the Kellogg corporation. that is made frequently from rice and wheat. The call replaced into created via taking the ok for Kellogg's and including the be conscious "particular" to it for merchandising purposes. inspite of the call, particular ok does not incorporate any diet ok. i think of the particular ok breakfast bars are great great YUMMY and that's what i think of is particular. This replaced into relaxing to answer. I under no circumstances relatively took the time to be sure what the call meant. a large style of the different cereals are named after what's in them, so this replaced into relaxing!

Special K is no healthier than any other processed cereal. if you are on a fat reduction diet there are much better food items to select than that
