I am 18 yrs old and I am skinny, but I dont want to get fat.
My mom said that she was tiny and it just snuck up on her.
Well I eat ALOT and I want to start eating foods that wont make me gain wait.
Any diets that you guys have tried that is still good food?

As for diet food...Just be aware of how many calories & fat grams are in the food you eat. If you plan on exercising carbs are not bad, as long as you work them off. Fad diets havent worked for me b/c some of the foods arent readily available for some people. Just make small adjustments to what you eat. Eating more fiber helps keep you fuller longer. Plus it was cheap all I had to do was buy the book and get a gym membership. Oh and I have a friend that is a personal trainer that helped me with the exercise routine! and I drink a ton of water!

I think if you just add in exercise to your life you will be fine. You have a high metabolism right now. Changing your eating habbits might change your matabolism as well. Keep up what you are doing but start exercising more.
