Candeling Cockatiel Eggs.?

At what time, and date is it best to candle my cockatiel's eggs? The first egg was born on the 10th, last egg was born on the 16th. (She had three) At what date would be best to candel them, for best results?

In the past my two have had a hard time fertalizing their eggs. Only 1 clutch hatch and sadly both babies died due to inexperienced parents.
