Relax, allowing yourself to take big strides. Keep your ankles strong, so that you don't twist tham, and keep your body weight forward so that you do not slip backwards. Use your arms for balance as neccessary.

It's always best to wear shoes with a good grip, especially if you are planning to run downhill off-road.

Running downhill is alawys better than running uphill!

Run down in a zig zig pattern and you will find it much easier.
