sure you can... are you meaning pan fried or deep fried though??? If you're deep frying it, just cut the chicken breast in half .... you'll end up with twice as much in the end, but it could mean left overs for you!
If you're pan frying them, sure, not a problem, do them as they are or cut them in half if you want to make smaller portions.
As for what to make with it, that's your call... You could make it with rice (just add some chicken oxo for flavouring or a can of chicken broth...or even onion soup mix) and make a healthier meal or do fries for convenience (something that you don't have to watch you can concentrate on your chicken).
Hope it turns out good for you.

If you have a big enough pan, you can do anything.
One thing to keep in mind, the bigger the meat the longer it will take to cook. You have options:
You can cut the chicken in half,
or in strips,
or into nuggets.
For added flavor I would throw in some onion powder and garlic powder with the flour mix.
Chicken never needs salt because it is naturally salty.
I would definitely not serve rice with fried chicken.
Instead, I would serve either french fries or macaroni and cheese with it.
Bread sticks or crescent rolls would be great also, along with a big salad.

Your'e all good, you can use that. Just make sure you cook that chicken long enough and slower so it'll get done thoroughly. season the chicken, then roll the chicken in your breading (flour), then fry it in plenty of hot oil. once it's done, drain the chicken on paper towels. your sides are fine too. I eat mine with rice or fries too.

You most certainly can, actually I just fried some last night without cutting them up either. Depending on the size of your skillet, I wouldn't suggest more than three at a time. On another note, rice AND french fries? switch one with a vegetable?

Yeah! Do you have any Adobo? That would be good to add as well. Cook it a little slower then you would a tender but I do chicken breasy (boneless skinless) all the time...It is so good...I would make rice and beans if you have it but if not just rice would be good too!

Yes. Cut the chicken to the portion that is more to your liking. As faras what to go with, it depends on what you like and how much time you're willing to spend on it. I'm from the south so when I fry chicken, which I rarely do, I go all out with homemade biscuits, greenbeans, mashed potatoes, and don't forget the gravy.

Cover the chicken with plastic wrap and pound it with a mallet to make it thin. Or you can use a rolling pin.
