The subway - not just once, but get familiar with it. There is so much entertainment there. I loved seeing all the people and heard alot of talented acts.
SOHO - OMG! The best place in the world to shop.
Chinatown - again, to shop...and to eat. I kept wanting to go back there!
The Metropolitan Museum of Art - and the roof top.
The MOMA - Museum of Modern Art.
Central Park - Strawberry Fields, etc. I also saw Kevin Bacon jogging there.
The Brooklyn Bridge - take the subway, and then walk back while eating an icecream
The art galleries in Chelsea.
Times square
John's Pizza on Bleeker Street (and a walk thru Greenwich Village afterward)
