Some Hobo said their 80 times stronger than heroin,is that true?

This hobo said,it goes for $80 dollars a patch,they sell for $4 in mexico,is this hobo lying to me?

Fentanyl is a narcotic pain medication. It controls pain better than heroin, but then it was designed to work that way, heroin is not. Saying it is stronger is misleading, just say that for pain, it is better.
