Silver - pretty expensive, but superb conduction.

Added: Al is another animal. It can be a bear to solder. The 5000 and 6000 series Al alloys with Magnesium can be almost impossible. For a hard solder for Al, Zinc-based works well. Use a high chloride flux - you've got to get the Aluminum Oxide off to get to the metal, and that's tough.
Zinc should still give you good electrical conductivity, without the fear of corrosion.

Aluminium alloys - cheap and good electrical qualities
Copper - good enough
silver - good but expensive
gold - excellent ( its used in the IC's ) but really expensive

Stay away from aluminum it is tricky. Copper .brass , and solder itself, and galvanized tin.

Copper has the best electrical conductivity, but aluminum is lighter.
