Every religions has their own official to maintain their place of worship and other missionary duties. For Christians they have priests, nuns, pastors, bishop etc. For Hindus they have their samys, For Buddhist they have their Monks and Nuns and for Islam we have Imam, ulama' , ustaz and Ustazah, bilal and etc.

Spiritual bondage is practiced by all.
I know that seems like a snide remark, but I think that it's actually true. Islam poreaches robotic compliance to certain rituals and strict adherance to certain behaviors. Sure, you have extreme examples, but the Muslims are practicing at their mosques many of those things that they are ordained to do.

cuz islam is a complete way of life , it is for all ppl , no one is better than another , each person should know it, we are all ordered of the same things and basics to do, though we have imams , and scholars who are more knowledgable about the islam and can give fataws.

Because we don't need them. We have Imams who lead the prayers in the mosques.
