What programs can I use to modify my desktop?

I already have StyleXP 2.0 and the Stardock suite, I'm looking for other software, particualarly things that can create "side bars" and similar.

Yahoo! Widgets http://widgets.yahoo.com has stuff like sidebars and tools for your desktop.
