If you are anorexic and don't eat anything all day, or you just eat a little something for dinner, but on top of all that you run everyday for thirty minutes after dinner. Will this cause a person to lose the weight faster, than just not eating at all???

If you eat less than 1200 calories a day your body will go into "starvation mode" and horde any and all calories you consume. That's why your metabolism is so important -- if you eat small healthy meals often, your body will burn calories often. If you don't take in calories your body will hang on to what it's got for dear life.

Don't starve yourself. It's not a weight loss method and it's not safe.

It might but all you are doing is killing your body, muscle, and organs! You need to eat food in order to stay healthy. If you don't eat your body begins eating itself for fuel and nutrients. This is very dangerous!!! Not to mention that you are risking dehydration and malnutrition but over working your body and starving it. Talk to a doctor if you want to loose weight that bad. You can eat in moderation and exercise to loose weight and keep it off.

Your body will go into starvation mode, begin to eat its own tissues, you will become very sick. Eat a bunch of very small meals per day (3-6)and keep running. It's much healthier.
