I having been trying for years to find a source for pork liver in the metro Atlanta, GA area. I've searched the internet and in many stores, including meat markets in my area and come up empty. I am trying to make boudin, a traditional Cajun dish, which requires pork liver. Can anyone help me out?

To beeb's answer, Harry's has closed - it's right by my house, but I haven't thought to try the ethnic place on Shackleford - I'll give that a shot.

there is an ethnic food market on Shackleford Rd in Gwinette that has everything from the pigs head on down or you could try Harrys Farmer market on Sattelight Blvd. in Gwinett.

I would think meat markets would be able to help you out. If they don't have it they should be able to get it for you. I love pork liver, even the grocery stores carry it here in Minnesota.
