I want to only consume 1667 calories a day, but when I go to try to find the break down of how many grams I need of things I keep on getting different answers on different websites. Can anyone tell me a good website for my question? Thanks a head of time!

www.mypyramid.gov. Provided by the USDA..will give you a break down of your calories into the different food groups and show you what a serving size is.

the best thing for that is to see a doctor who does your bloodwork etc..
you may not burn carbs as well as you burn protein or vice-versa..

Knowing your blood type, and your VO2MAx and other such unique things that affect how much of each of those you can take in daily..

There is NO such thing as a one size fits all, you need to find what is going to be most beneficial to you..
