I am going to ask this 32 year old girl out by calling her asking if she would like to go with me to a museam and perhaps some lunch on Sat. Any tips? IS this a good way of saying lets go on a day out and get to know each other without the prospect of the word date? I am going to text her to ask how her placement was this week and if she is doing anything nice this weekend, IF she textes back shes just working on Sun then i will ask her out for sat. not too full on is it?

I am in the Glasgow area and was thinking of the Kelvinart Galleries. she is VERY shy so i am trying to ease any awkwardness. you think friday is not too late to ask?

I'm assuming you are in London?

The slides at the tate modern are fab - you need to get there early and get tickets (free) though but I'm sure you won't doing that for the lucky lady.

There are various eateries that way by the Globe or Borough is not too far away with all its wonderful foodie stalls or splash out at the Brindisa tapas bar.

I think its a great way of asking someone out. And you don't even have to worry if she's already been on the slides - I would love someone to offer and get tickets so I could go on them again (I'm 35) - wheeeee!

no, its a nice way of saying i want to spend some time with you......

if you add some details of where you are, I'll help you out with some good places to go if you're near me.

Well Glasgow is nowhere near me sorry.....but the gallery sounds great, you could maybe follow that up with a coffee to chat and maybe grab a light bite to eat. Not as formal as a big evening out meal, more casual and likely to relax both of you. Enjoy it!!!

don't worry so much, ask her out, and if she's shy, she will appreciate it. If she has something scheduled for Sunday, she can go out with you on Saturday, and i don't think it's too late Friday. the museum sounds right. you have already figured it out, just do it, she won't say no.
