im 5'10" ive have a lot of muscle mass since i use to work out a lot but ive gained fat weight since i got married.. should i be doing more cardio then weights or vice versa? also ive been eating light but how much food should i be eating as well? thanks

First, exercise some restraint. Go on a diet and lose 60-70 pounds..

You really should consult a Dr. and a trainer. No one can really give you an accurate assessment of your health in this venue. Do yourself a favor and see your doctor. You are supposed to do that before starting any diet and exercise program anyway. That will help more that ANY answer you get on here...

AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER 8-10 GLASSES A DAY!
