what does he need to tell me... please help..?

when this guy texts me telling me that he needs to tell me sumthing what would you think that i would be? what would be the first thing come up to your head?

If it was my girlfriend: One it would be she wants to break up, or were having a baby, or she wants to get married.

If it's my best friend: that my girlfriend is cheating on me, or he's gay.
