Depends on the cereal. Fruit should be eaten in moderation as they are basically pure sugar; having said that, if you're going to eat fruit, the morning is the best time.

Sure. I like blueberries on Grape Nuts, but strawberries and bananas would be just as good.

Cereal and fruit isn't the best way to start the day-- too much sugar. Eat protein to give you energy and alertness

Depends on what kind of cereal it is. Bran flakes, non frosted corn flakes, etc would be good. Anything frosted of flavored would be bad.
