Most dogs reach physical maturity at about 18 months. They have finished growing upwards and start filling out by then. I would say a dog reachs half of its adult height by about 9-11 months. It depends on the breed.

Most dogs are at their half way about 4 months old. By the time the dog is 7 months or so it should be finished growing.

Probably about 3-4 months. Most dogs reach their full height by 6-8 months. I'd say at the very least, by 5 months they have reached or exceeded the halfway point.
