Usually you can get them when you buy the program.
That is the easiest way.
Other than that, you can do a search for pirated serial codes and get infected with a bunch of spyware, adware and malware while you do it.

Don't be a thief you know developers and programmers work many long hours coding software testing and re-testing it again they deserve to be compensated for their efforts.
They have families to feed and bills to pay buy the software or they'll put bigger locks on it.
