cuz when i cooked it in the morning some looked normal yellow and some looked grey/blue is it still good? i still ate it

Scrambled eggs are pretty much done when there is no liquid egg left. If everything has developed a fluffy texture and perhaps even picked up a little golden brown, it is ready.

I know what you are referring to...Sometimes when cooking scrambled eggs, you will get a few pieces that seem to look a little greyish. This is normal and not bad for you. I have seen it in hard boiled eggs too. Can't tell you why, perhaps a science major could answer that.

Greyish blue probably means it is overcooked. I know that is a sign that a hard boiled egg has been overcooked. Scrambled eggs should be cooked over low heat until it's fluffy and soft and just a little moist. It will continue cooking from the residual heat, so it will be perfect when you start eating it.

grey/blue? the only colors you should see in scrambled eggs, are yellow, maybe a little white, and maybe a little brown from cooking.

grayish blue....hmmmm....never seen that before.....your suppose to cook them until they are still a little runny then turn the flame off it will cook the rest of the way by time you get them on the plate

They are done when it is all dry and there is no water or egg liquid on it. Grayish blue???

grayish blue, well that couldn't be good. i usually know that my eggs are done when they are firm, fluffy, and yellow.
