Of course it's ok for a 23 year old man to cry over a break-up.
It does not show weakness. it shows a tender-heart and the compassion.

Yea it shows weakness if you can't control till you can behind close doors, but not weak to cry over it man let it just be a man bout.

It is neither about
(1) Age that is 23 or whatever
(2) Nor it is Strength or Weakness
If someone's attached to the other from heart and emotionally, then breakup hurts badly if emotions or feelings weren't deep enough, then there's no pair or hurt.
Intensity/Degree of hurt depends upon the depth of feelings and emotions one had for the other.

It's always OK to cry. Crying shows strength, not weakness. I don't care what people say, it's always OK to cry if someone you love hurts you.

Just because your a man doesn't mean you need to be this tough macho guy. I appreciate it when my boyfriend used to cry, it showed me his true feelings. It showed me that he was human and cared about what was going on. Dont' let anyone tell you different!

Cry in a private area if possible... regardless to what women say, we don't like a guy who cries too much. Give yourself time to mourn, cry and ***** just like a girl does, then get back out there and date again.
No talking about your ex or your sob story, and no talking about what a ***** your ex is/was. Girls hate that.

Yes it's a way of dealling with your ammoshions! When you cry it means you trully cared and loved the girl so if anyone tells you different don't listen to them.

i have cried over a girl and after that i moved on and got a new GF she is the only person who knew ..now i just broke up with her and she emailed me saying i am pathetic because i cried over a girl when i was 21 and that was 3 yrs ago.
