I havent smoked pot in a month and before that I didnt do it often.. Like once a week or somethin... But Im going to be having a hair drug test done soon... Will I pass?? How long can the pot be in ur hair folicles to pass a test?? Please Help..

No, you definitely won't pass, my friend was the same way, didn't smoke much, stopped two months before having a hair test and failed. Sorry.

Hair tests are done because they are the best source of info about drug use. Think of a strand of hair like a tree trunk. Each ring on a tree tells a story of how that year was like for the tree, the same applies to your hair. Hair testing can go back for several years. You may use shampoo designed to cover drug use, but it will strip all nutrients from your hair and make it rather ratty.
Don't take anyone's advice on shaving your head either. Testers will find someplace to pull it from.

I heard that the hair drug test goes back like 6 months. Afriend of mine was in the police academy and he was going through all that and he smoked pot too but he passed b/c he just kept on shavinhg his head and letting new hair grow back and he said that worked. Im sure you arent gonna shave your head but I think according to my friend it was like 6 months. Good luck.....

sorry! it STAYS in your hair until it grows out and when they test it it they clip about an inch or so and that goes back like 3 months or so, ive had one before! thats why britney shaved her head because they can tell ALL the drugs youve done for past years! its the worst test to do! and ive been testing for 15 years on and off for parole/probation! good luck anyways but it will still show no matter how clean u are

drugs will normally stay in the hair on your head for up to 4 years. Eyelashes about 4 months, however, if you have dark hair you are about 10 tens more likely to show a positive test then if you have lighter hair. Your chances of passing though look slim based on your recent use.

They are right ! The hair folical test is the worst ! More things show up , and for a lot longer ! But I would NOT recommend shaving your head. They would probably be suspisious right away then you would have a shaved head for nothing, and it takes a really long time to grow back ! Sorry , but your screwed !

Doubt you'll pass. Sorry but takes long time to get out of the hair follicles (that's why they do those types of tests)

No. If you new you were going to have a hair drug test in a month why smoke it!?! Sorry no shampoo going to disguise it. You should of thought of that when you were getting high oh wait you couldn't!

just go to your local head shop and ask for the shampoo that detoxes your hair. THC will stay in your hair until you cut it off. just buy the shampoo and you will be fine

unfortunately, it stays in your hair and nails for a long, long time. you probably won't pass. is there any way to get out of it?
