Why is my nose always cold?

I could be warm but my nose is warm. Real answers only please.

Well, since I don't think you're a healthy puppy, it probably has to do with capillary circulation to your nose & extremities - are your fingers & toes cold, too?

Do you smoke? If you smoke that will cause that along with your hands and feet,
