Kilz Removal?

I had to use Kilz to cover dark paint in a bedroom, how do I get it off me? and the paintbrush, I thought soap and water would do it, but it's not...Help, I have a white speckled face and hands! I can throw the paintbrush away, but, I'm afraid that's not an option with my body parts!

baby oil for the body, clean the brush with mineral spirts

if you have the can then read how to remove it.
but if not, if you used oil based kilz it will require paint thinner or mineral spirits. if water based then soap and water will get it with some scrubbin
