when anyone breaks up with someone its always hard. and in my experience, women fail to understand the reason for the break up, so instead we have to find an alternative solution, as we dont want you to cry and be upset, try and make it all easy as possible for each other.

well some guys are dic*s, and others actually car about you! Wow, a decent guy! Some guys care about girls and how they feel, and thier emotions.....you should seriously consider that if you are even thinking about breaking up with a girl. I understand guys have emotions too, but must of you all have a reputation that I wouldn't brag about!! I am sure there is something you can do to try and change that , and be a little more respectful.

Guys like to in charge and manly, even when they aren't. but they still have that little boy mode that makes them afraid to say what they really want to say. So they tell you a lie, so they don't have to look you in the face. Most of the time, they tell their friends-oh I dumped her-but in reality, they never said anything to you. It's a guy thing. Sometimes they aren't straight because maybe the new girl will reject them, and then, omg they wouldn't have anyone and then they can call on you again. It really has to do with guts. Thank goodness girls have the guts to say no when they have to.

Several reasons: 1. They may not want to hurt your feelings if they are truely good guys. 2. They may want to keep their options open with you in case their plan B doesn't work out so they string you along until either they find someone new or realize what they did was a mistake and want you back. 3. B/c guys in general aren't big communicators so it's hard for them to actually say what they are feeling/thinking. 4. B/c they don't want to look like the "bad guy"... Trust me, I know!

Because it's hard to tell a girl that all you wanted was sex; and now that you've screwed the heck out of her, you're ready to move on to the next victim. Telling a girl this crap makes a guy look like the bum he really is. Better to lie your way out of the break up as well.

For either sex its difficult to say to someone, I'm tired of you, or I've played out this relationship and its time for me to move on. That would be true but cruel so they use things like Its not me its you, which is the same thing but in verbal shorthand. In trying to be nice, people say and do some pretty strange things, but at least they are trying.

For one, they're scared of conforntation.
Secondly, people (not just men!) can be so worried about being single that they'll stick with you til they've got the next relationship sorted out (like a monkey swinging from vine to vine!)

A guy can never breakup, boys always believe in patch ups. Talk to him and don't think in isolation. Your worries may be just in your mind and not in real, Good Wishes for Patch up and lots of care.

They just don't have the backbone we do. Plus we want "closure" more than they do. Statistically women are the ones who actually file for divorce as apposed to men many times over. (I don't remember the actual percentage)

They don't want to break your heart or they want to keep you in there life as a friend. Which can make it worse if you don't just do it.
