More details would really help.
Do you work an 8 hour shift at a desk? If you do check out the link below for 'desk excercises' to boost energy
Do you get a full nights rest? Not just laying in bed for 8 hours, but really getting good sleep. If your partner snores or tosses and turns in may affect your sleep as well
Do you excercise regularily? Excerising will increase your energy level throughout the day and the week. Even just a walk every night can be very beneficial
Other tips, don't become dependant on caffeine. Although it may give you a pick-me-up it can trigger depression-like symptoms and make you more tired/groggy/unmotivated in the end.
Try keeping fresh fruit or granola snacks available to you. Apples can be a great wakeup food and have been shown to be more effective than coffee in the morning.

First and foremost, avoid caffiene. It will make you twitchy and miserable if you're already very tired. Get yourself some orange juice, or some other juice that dosen't have sugar added. Fructose processes the most quickly, so it will give you a boost of energy. (an apple works just as well as a cup of coffee for a wake-up.) Sucrose- regular sugar- will give you a sugar buzz, and then crash you a little while later. Fructose won't. Stand up and stretch for a few minutes. The extra oxygen to your muscles and brain will help keep you awake. Walk around the building on a break, or if you can find an excuse to wander around for a bit. Good luck!
